In this week’s study, I was most struck by the ‘Contiguity principles‘, which means that ‘it is more effective to keep words and pictures close to each other than to keep them apart’, and I agree with this principle, which makes me relate to the distance between people in real life, the closer the spatial distance, the closer the psychological distance, and the higher the frequency of interaction. psychological distance is relatively close and the more frequent the interaction is; and vice versa. In learning as well, it can be observed from time to time that the vast majority of the professor’s PowerPoint also categorizes similar text and picture information to present.

When making screencast videos, I take into account the Contiguity principle and the Coherence principle. In my videos you can visually see that I order the information that is consistent with the topic on the same board as the image and resist adding information that is off-topic.
